Quik Gaming has secured license approval from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), it announced on Tuesday.
Celebrating the news, COO Timothy Bartolo Parnis said: “This is a huge step for Quik, as the UKGC is known to have strict regulation requirements to comply with”.
Malta-based Quik expects the approval, which comes after a protracted and thorough preparation exercise to meet the criteria set by the UK gambling regulations, to allow it to expand its market reach to one of the largest markets in Europe.
The company explained that from the UK market has been “very encouraging”, with operators and partners “instantly acknowledging the freshness of Quik’s product offerings and appeal to the British market at large”.
“We have a long line of parties interested in our innovative Unique Live Games”, commented Mr Bartolo Parnis, as he announced that online casino operators in the Uk will shortly be able to integrate Quik’s games to make them available for their players for the first time.
“We can’t wait to see the joy of players’ faces as they interact with our games for the first time”, he said.
Quik Gaming was formed in 2018, with the aim of “bridging the exhilaration of slot games and the integrity of live games to delivery players a product that is unique, exciting and unforgettable”.
Aside from the UKGC, the company is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
