NSUS trading as GGPoker have been fined €765,948 by the UK Gambling Commission. In a statement, the UKGC warned the operator for failing “to take all reasonable steps to prevent marketing material being sent to self-excluded customers when it sent marketing emails to 125 self-excluded customers”
The operator was also in breach of observing anti-money laundering requirements with inadequate policies and procedures in place to conduct necessary risk assessments of businesses.

GGPoker is one of the biggest poker sites globally. It is a subsidiary of NSUS Limited and is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission. It was noted that the operator fully co-operated with the Gambling Commission.
